Three and a half hours trying to do a transfer from an iPhone 12 Pro to an iPhone 17 Pro and I had to give up. So I get to re-download everything again manually, reconfigure the screens again, lose my wallpapers. Not a good day for “it just works.”

Xcode, especially beta, truly is my new “it’s adobe save (stage/commit & push) every time you do anything at all you want to keep.” Just DUMPED 4 hours worth of in-house work somehow thinking this ride would never end ☠️

iOS autocorrect has taken a more aggressive leap lately, as others have pointed out, w/wilder swings at the slightest provocation, misreading errant letters into two- or sometimes three-word phrases or wildly different word structures.
This is meant to be helpful, but is of course worse for people.

Andor is so good it’s harming my appreciations, such as they are, for the Sequel trilogy. All this effort, all this pain, to fight—serves to make the OG movies & R1 matter so much more.
Then the sequels like “Ope, evil just returns authoritarianism is the default soooorry ‘bout your struggles!” 🤷♂️

There are a lot of things that make me believe in the good in this world and this absolutely spectacular Transformers comic book (the first comics I EVER read) Kickstarter has been one of them. Formative series.
My take is that 100 men could find a way to lay atop the 1 gorilla and *eventually make him warm and sleepy enough to take a nap.
Minimal human casualties but not zero.
