(1/3) At 1600 UTC, I monitored VOA English-to_Africa on 15580 kHz from the Botswana relay, via an SDR in Kenya.
The newscast was from March 9.
After the news, the transmitter stayed on, but no audio. At 1607, instrumental filler music began, but it alternated between music and silence since then.
