A review of the only video published by a reputable source creates a lot of issues. It appears a minimum of 5 agents were on top of this guy. It appears he was still on the ground when the first shot was fired. After that, shots happened in relatively quick succession. No agents were shot.

Constitution, Fed Law, and Judiciary have all said states have almost total rights over elections. I suspect we may actually want to modify that to make the elections more fair and eliminate gerrymandering. But under current law, no the Fed cannot force any state to change it's election process.

ICE does not feel constrained by the rule of law or the Constitution. It responds to the whims of a president who is a racist, a felon, and a friend of at least one pedophile... and in this regard why isn't that comment by DT about his young daughter running like 24/7? It was sooo creepy.
