More lunch break books!! This week it @bethhetland.bsky.social’s “Tender” and @jamesthefourth.bsky.social’s “The Deviant” (v1). Had to read these with my back to the wall, but loved them!! The pacing of Tender was delightfully unsettling and The Deviant was a bloody treat. Two thumbs up!! 👍

Just finished @kyledhiggins.bsky.social’s Moon Man (v1) and @remender.bsky.social’s The Holy Roller! Both are pretty topical, and are about as subtle as a brick to the face (but unfortunately read no less true). Great books! I think I prefer the readability of Roland Boschi’s pencils for Roller tho.

Reading some great graphic novels during my lunch breaks! These two seem appropriate for the season: @patrickhorvath.bsky.social’s Beneath the Trees Where Nobody Sees & @paigumondus.bsky.social’s The Confessional. Highly recommended.

Reading IDW Sonic. The metal virus saga is soooo good. The pacing, the stakes, the drama. Also, surprisingly funny?? Love u Omega.

I know Takeshi Koike’s Lupinverse is devisive and is mostly bad but I’m fully two cakes about anything he puts out because the man can direct an action scene and I have low Lupin standards

Dra-Q may be one of my favorite manga reads of year so far. Funny, bloody, and actually pretty sweet. I hope these crazy kids can make it work. 🧛🏻‍♀️🩸🐺
