in Maine. Always appreciative of where I live, even
more now that our country is in turmoil. Odd
juxtaposition, fragile bird that completes a
thousand mile journey, a display of resilience and
strength. Encouragement to all
who may be weary and afraid.

Happy Mother's Day from the best Momma Cat in Maine and her son Cinder (On the right). Momma is a fierce feral barn cat that found me through the cat distribution system several years ago. Trap-neuter-vaccinate-release has made life easier for them (and me). I have always admired their resilience.
