Agreed. The hysteria over flying is getting a bit out of hand. It is an absolute marvel of technology that we all take for granted.

I bought my first house out of grad school on a 30 year mortgage. I’ve since upgraded twice more but unfortunately each time signed a new 30 year lease. So at the age of 52, I still have another 20 years on my home loan…

I get it, but in fairness NFL players are drastically underpaid in compared to other entertainers considering the kind of revenue the NFL brings in. Tax the owners.

I went to New York for the first time a few years ago and was shocked how chill it was. The same thing with a couple days in Seattle a few months ago. All cities have a few bad areas to avoid but the depiction of cities as “war zones” is just pure propaganda.
