Play the long game. I've been promoted so many times I'd be surprised if I work an hour a day on average. I delegate everything, praise my team, and boost them up. I was interviewed for the CEO role last week. If I get it I'll be doing less than that. Good leadership empowers those on the up.

It is already proven to safer than human drivers and is being used extensively in the US. I've been in an autonomous taxi in SF and in a colleagues car in autonomous mode in NJ. The accident rates are much lower than for human drivers so far. The liability point is valid. Too early for me though.
