Tends to be overlooked, but attachment skills to have both advantage in element and attribute makes a LOT of difference. You'll be wanting to hit those 300/400% extra dmg pretty often, mostly cus it absolutely shreds boss special attack shields when you have that much dmg bonus :]

and it's specially important to have a Digimon with high Spirit to be able to revive your team with max HP without needing to use a turn healing after reviving. Digimons with signature counter skills can also come in pretty clutch when in a pinch, mostly when with att disvantage

Which is completely fine~ The most important is being able to battle more comfortably, since overheal will be compensating for your lower status. It'll be specially important to have X-Rez/Heal since a lot of late game bosses will be doing a chunk of dmg in a row-
