My sweet baby Gus did magic last night.
I had a debilitating migraine & was considering a trip to the ER, except I'm scared of the ER.
Gus was yelling & pawing at me while I was moaning & smashing a pillow into my head.
Gus got quiet.
I made myself sit up. Gus was tucked in under a coat.

Feline Specialties in Tulsa, Oklahoma has the most beautiful bunch of kittens. There's a super soft calico, a gorgeous tortie, AND a tabbico with the best face. There's a sweet little chonker blue boy who gave me kisses on the cheek, and there are 2(!!!) brown tabbies who are just as cute as can be.

Here, Gus is attempting to steal the pillow. He uses his head like a wedge and tries to shove Gibson aside. Gibson, in defense, baffs him, which can bliss Gus into forgetting his goal.

Poor Gibson has had a rough couple of days. I gave him a new food which made him reenact the pea soup scene of The Exorcist.
And now, they're putting on a new roof and making all kinds of a ruckus.

Gus has been screaming at night, so the vet gave me some Gabapentin for him.
He is stumbling around like a drunk. He wants to be on the bed with his brother, so I've put pillows all around the bed so when he falls, he'll fall on something soft.
I AM FREAKING OUT. My poor baby.

Why can't outside things break when it's 65⁰?
My garage door opener broke and it's friggin hot with no breeze.
I'm VERY thankful that it broke after opening though. If it had broken after it had closed, I would have had to break a pane of glass on my storm door to get into my house.

Geez Louise! I usually solve the Pips puzzles in under 5 minutes, but today's hard puzzle took me 23.33 minutes. Ouch!

I set an alarm for when it's time to take my meds, & I have an organizer with 3x a day for each day of the week, but I still mess it up.
I forget to take them, I take the wrong batch at the wrong time, or I take them, forget I took them, & take the next time's batch.
I don't know how to simplify it.
