I have never enjoyed reality TV. The only aspect of depth is to divine the manipulations of the participants... while I enjoyed Perry Mason, I have always been drawn to SciFi where the good examples (Twilight Zone/Original Star Trek) use allegory to highlight contemporary injustice.

About time... today (Mar 31) a mainline ferry (vancouver to nanaimo) had a steering failure and is sidelined for the morning and maybe all day. The fleet is so old that maintenance can't keep up.
