I have my watch/phoneyell at me, repeatedly, until I take them. The only times that doesn’t work is when I don’t want to take them, which I’ve learned the hard way is not a good outcome at all.
But also, little dopamine from elsewhere makes it hard to do what I’m supposed to sometimes…

45 isn’t the Aussie Outback anymore. Western Sydney is seeing 45C+ summers starting to become regular :(
