The ICJ considers Gaza as OCCUPIED since 67, Gaza is specifically mentioned as occupied.

A military blockade is indeed a form of occupation, even the ICC (the world’s highest court declaring international law, knowing the Hague convention in and out) declares that Gaza has been continuously occupied since 67 (first “classic” occupation, then blockades, also considered occupation):

Wrong. Gaza has been under blockade since 2005, under Israeli strict regulation and control. This means Gaza has been under constant Israeli illegal occupation since 67 (as mentioned before) according to the ICC, UNGA, Amnesty, ICRC, Human Righs Watch etc:
