It was most likely disabled due to ethical concerns. Nose rings are used to control aggressive live stock on farms but is seen ethically wrong as the procedure of giving them one is exceptionally painful. Nintendo were exceptionally culture shock minded in this period of time.

Yeah I can see that if you didn't like 4 then you'll be satisfied, for future remakes this however does not bode well as they built ontop of 4.
I'd rather see a new entry than touch THUG based on 3+4... I don't think ACTIV have given proper budget allocation for this project.

Yeah I can see that if you didn't like 4 then you'll be satisfied, for future remakes this however does not bode well as they built ontop of 4.

mods on 1 and 2 have been so far easily ported to 3 and 4 also as the core structure has remained the same...
iron Galaxy are clearly talented artist and level designers, but this is very much a Vicarious Visions product still at it's core and they won't be properly credited for it ever.

really fun game but it's 1 and 2, it's vicarious visions work and hardly anything aside from the levels have changed, even down to the way the save file is constructed... you can pass saves between 1 and 2 to 3 and 4 on pc and it will work.

I have no idea why the video compression is so bad on this site sometimes. I understand Mario Kart needs a high bitrate, but this was uncompressed footage provided to BlueSky. Weird. I guess the video player is just trash here.
