Being dragged into the act instead of going by yourself while actively trying to escape and being absent for quite a time isn't enough is consent??

1) he was absent for quite a while 2) they should've let him go while he was screaming. They didn't let him go immediately

That would be a consent if he went with somebody by himself and was pulled into the room while screaming he doesn't want that
