Naja, insbes. wenn UNIFIL von etablierten Patrouillenwegen “abweicht” od. lokale Bewohner der Meinung sind, UNIFIL-Vorgehen wäre unangemessen. Kein Exekutivmandat wird zT auch so gelebt, dass Fahrten iRd Auftrages angeblich nur mit LBN Militär, das selbst nicht unbeeinflusst ist, erfolgen sollte.
