Why the overall hate between Duelists and Strategists?

But what i see from 25+ hours, maining (or trying) every hero type once in a few games, am best at Jeff (so maybe healer type idk), sometimes good as Winter soldier

For context : I've never played TF2, OW/2 or any type of these games. I usually play story games, RPGs. Also first multiplayer game i play and love since long time ago
