A author I enjoy a lot last year was C.C. Davie. Has a great “why choose”, “found family”, and fun fantasy. “The wytchling chronicles” starting with Heliacle Rising, or her other series The Pendragon Wytch is a Sapphic Arthurian retelling.

Finished it last week, suffering the biggest book hangover
