I had similar topology at one point the warping was too visible so I ended up with ngons and after one subdivision a 3point pole 😁

Thanks, I didn't upload wireframes since it wasn't warp free, but here you go, don't mind the mess on flat surfaces I was focusing on the corner topology. As for quest for warpless dice I'm afraid it's already too late for me 😉

Just a quick test 2232 polys for whole dice before SubD (didn't optimise the flat surfaces), I think I have maybe slightly better reflections, depends how you look at it 😉 but warping is still visible 😭
