Finished album art for the Metal Flow EP with @toskabyss.bsky.social , updated ideas for my archive site, finished the Parasite promo video, recorded WEG vocals for @markiemodel.bsky.social , and laid down a freestyle track. Staying creative. Never idle, because depression creeps in easy.

I’ve been working on a promo video for "Parasite," a song by Ruin The Mind and me. I’m also recording vocals and remixing a collab for W.E.G. with Mr. Model. Writing on older tracks that need finishing, but good for a vocal demo. Feeling calm about art, not rushed or overly influenced. Loves it.

I’ve been baking more lately. This week I made gluten-free chocolate chip cookies and I’m about to try a lemon loaf. Wish me luck! I also got my first flowers of the season, white amaryllis for beauty and determination, and white carnations for lasting forever and bringing good luck.

Taking a break from Instagram has really helped me focus on creating art, managing chronic pain, and avoiding FOMO while healing. It’s not that I don’t love you all, but my mental clarity still needs refocus.

Skipped the Brooklyn show—traveling on this foot is already hard. But it’s healing well. The extra pain crisis from the ulcer and the unpredictability of federal work put my health into perspective. I can’t do it all. Keeping the Philly show, but that’ll be the last one for a while. 🖤
