They are not that expensive, and they will be usefull over and over and over offering some comfort to people who are likely going to be spending a lot of time waiting, needing to communicate with family, and could use the distraction.

People go to the ER and don't know how long they will be there, and no one leaves the house to go there and brings their charging cord. So its a small, useful, actionable, helpful thing to go buy some charging cords and wall plugs and donate them to the nearest ER.
