Well she was 33, had sepsis from pylo, I had given her 6 liters over a few hours with no real output, nausea and vomiting up any small thing we tried for meds PO …and they just kept telling me to bolas more… not wanting to start pressors or give nausea meds…like…what?

God forbid rapidly infusing because they’re actively crashing…And your provider won’t let you start pressors.
