Ah, I see. Well should you choose to, it is definitely a mindset that's addictive. The claims that it all takes too long to dry are only true in some ways. There are quicker drying methods. It's a very forgiving medium! And the journal size is 7.75" x 9.75" ;)

Thank you so much! I feel a little reawakening again with this paint journal after dipping away with humdrums and woes. The format is just oil paint on primed paper. I primed it with GAC100 and then gesso. Is that the format you're asking about?
