With Everdark Adel they've demonstrated they're willing to stealth drop in new content for free, I imagine they'll do other updates the same way and trickle in new content for people to discover on their own.

I'm hopeful that they'll dripfeed us new content as time goes on, throwing in new/old bosses over time. From the posts I've seen it looks like everyone who responded to the feedback survey asked for more bosses and more map variety, and it seems like an obvious way to keep the game alive long-term.
