tbh I think people are just hard-wired to hear what they consider 'normal' names and will start doing backflips to hear what they expect to hear.

I feel like DE does have the writing chops to actually tell a deep, nuanced story about polyamory, how people interact with it, give every character individual thoughts on the matter IF THEY WANTED - but I feel like they're more concerned with letting people see the new dates they worked hard on

It's a shame that they made the 'it's not cheating' joke during the dev stream, cause it sounded like they were gonna give context to how dating two different people worked, before they got sidetracked by the joke.
I'm assuming everyone in that universe is cool with poly until indicated otherwise

I have not played WoW, but every time I hear about how intense the mod tools are for telling you how to literally play the game, like yellow paint on steroids, it's kinda staggering.

--I agree on the specific regard of people going for 4k 144fps being overkill.
The difference between 1080 60FPS, and 1440 90FPS is insane.
The difference between 1440 90FPS, and "4k" 144FPS is noticeable, but just fine imho.

I think if you're looking at videos of 120 vs 60, it's very hard to distinguish. Especially with how online encoding works. But the moment you get it in your hands, in front of you, it feels wildly different.
I think it's the element of feeling it yourself that changes things.

I think if you're looking at videos of 120 vs 60, it's very hard to distinguish. Especially with how online encoding works. But the moment you get it in your hands, in front of you, it feels wildly different.
