Sounds exactly like me. My wife says things to me all the time and I'll repeat it back and she'll be like wtf where did you get that? She calls it selective hearing. Like I'm listening I swear, but my brain heard a completely different word somewhere in there.

Nice. Squirtle is awesome. Good move pool, good stats, people have solo'd the game with him in Blue version. I'm pretty sure that's the first one I chose when I played my first pkmn game.

They're definitely worth playing. Blue version was the first one I played, then yellow came out and people were amazed because you get Pikachu as a starter and he follows you around on the field! Gold/silver were next, then I think Crystal, FR/LG, all amazing games. Blue and Crystal were my favorite
