Despite, or because of, the disheartening start, it’s been filled with celebrations, gatherings, & I’ve been busy in an exhausting, good & creative way. 4 mos. ago we had a very unwelcome tree in our house. Tonight, I’m thankful.

I’m obsessed with the film noir classic “Laura,” and its star, Gene Tierney. Every year on her birthday I make a pilgrimmage to her gravesite and, in turn - and if there is such a thing - she’s become a sort of guardian angel. Happy 104th Birthday Gene Eliza Tierney Lee.
