Up till now both major political parties have “combined” to convince the electorate that a vote for a minor party, or even worse an independent, was a wasted vote. The two-party “duopoly” has been protecting each other’s interest against the interests of the Australian electorate.

When will the major parties act in the communities interests. Never?
We are destroying Nature - the very thing that sustains us. If we truly love this place we should look after it, pass laws to protect it and make decisions like we’re here for a long time.

It seems neither major party is capable of that.
