2/2 1932 PSA authenticated ball used as reference
September 7, 2025 at 1:54 AM
Here are the 7 I’m feeling good about. These 7 together narrow it down to the 1930-1932 NY Giants. Posting the PSA DNA authenticated ball that I’m using to compare the signatures. I’m still not certain about whether Lindstrom is on the bottom of the panel or in another spot. Still looking! 1/2

I think he has Chick Fullis! NYG 1928-32.

Could be! Here is his sig on a 1932 team ball…

Thank you!

Any other thoughts?

Some other pics. Mike told me it has lived in a SOCK for decades. It’s now in a cube. I’m feeling good about Fred Fitzsimmons and Carl Hubbell. I think I see a Bob O’Farrell on there too (I know his sig a little from my Bloomington Bloomers research). Def NY Giants. Hubbell’s rookie year was ‘28.

I think you’re right with the 25 Giants. Pretty sure this is an early Hubbell signature! I’ll send more images this evening. Thank you!

I’m trying to figure out whose signatures are on this ball. I believe one is Fred Fitzsimmons - he played from the 20s to 40s & had a heck of a career. Anyone out there have any ideas on the other sigs? www.baseball-reference.com/register/pla... @sabrbbcards.bsky.social @sabrpictorial.bsky.social

ChatGPT efforts to remove the netting. Distorted the figures - twisted and ghostly.

Anyone know if there is a way to have the net removed from this image of Sey’s first homerun? I’d love to get a print made of it…thank you.

Grandson hit his first home run tonight! He texted, “I knew it was gone.”

Love this early RPPC of a baseball game I picked up at an antique show today. Saw it last year and didn’t buy it…I was over the moon the vendor still had it today. The ball is on the way…the ump behind the pitcher. The pitcher’s follow-thru. The fielders. The batter and how he’s holding the bat.

One of my recent pick-ups. Type 1 of Herman Schwartje (spelled “Schwartze” on the back). He threw a perfect game for our hometown Bloomington Bloomers in 1925. Great to see the shot of him at old Fans Field. Check the folks in the background! 1/2

1951 team-issued photo of Luke Easter. Great shot! Sending another Easter Egg to the stands.

Mom always told me I was named after Hank Aaron. I started collecting his cards in 1984. I remember getting my ‘72 Topps Hank for $7.50 at Sports Vendor back in Tilton, IL. Been picking up his cards here and there for years. This just arrived!

This small stack measures 5 in. high and 3 1/2 in. in diameter. Great condition. Purchased directly from the artist c. 1995. She is a fascinating, vastly under-appreciated artist.
