Have you ever seen those shorts of "showing dogs places they've never seen before"? That was me today, after I got lost walking in a city I grew up in 🤔 I had landmarks, so stayed calm, and enjoyed walking through the snowy mist among the places of downtown I've never seen. It was actually amazing

Was out walking and doing errands, and on my way home, saw a woman outside a bar "acting crazy". Crossed the street, then crossed back, because, it was just a ploy to get money. Gave her my last $20, and we had the most impactful, humorous convo I've had in years. Her name is Stephanie.♥️

I give myself 15-20 minutes of social media a day, which is easy enough as I don't really like it. 15m is enough to like a bunch of cat/dog things, and follow a few people. I'm sorted. Can go back to my life, such that it is. A long walk and grocery shopping is my evening activity. 🙃

I never had MySpace, even though I was well old enough, didn't join FB until 2007, never had an Instagram (woof😐), and only recently joined X. I feel like, at this moment, this platform is peak FB - after the "why didn't my boyfriend 'tag me'" phase, to the 2010-2014 fun phase. I'm here for it. 😍

Just went for a walk in the rain, which was basically cold mist, and I kinda loved it, as I lived in Vancouver for ages and it was usually pouring "unhappy drops of hell" this time of year. Loving the misty cool of mid-western (Canadian prairie) November. And also enjoying La Nina, so no snow :)
