Pay Equity for NZ nurses was historic & gatekeeping the achievements from all those involved in reaching a deal does the milestone a disservice. I give credit to a party whose government achieved it because it is deserved. "the bare minimum" also included initiating the Maori Health Authority

Safe staffing is separate to historical Pay Equity breakthrough. Little dropped the ball by reneging on backpay provisions for PE sadly & stupidly
