The March 2025 Core Update is done, and I’ve analyzed many sites. Here are additional examples of impacted sites—UGC and editorial (non-health)—some also hit by Dec 2024's update. These sites have seen 85%+ traffic drops since previous updates, highlighting ongoing volatility in search rankings.

There are plenty of examples of "medical" sites that were purely spam SEO/AI sites dressed up to check all the boxes of 'EEAT' and visually mimicking Healthline getting impacted by previous major updates. Now, this update hits the nail in the coffin. Here's just one example:

Two sites are seeing noticeable but moderate upticks after previously being hit with the Sep/Oct HCU + Core update. The first example involves a leased directory for supplements of a major publication (not exactly a parasite), and the second example is a DTC product review site.
