I am now 4.7 pounds above the weight I was at when I graduated from Navy Boot Camp on October the 5th, 1990. If my weight loss continues unabated, I will hit that in about a week to 10 days. This is wild. 2 years ago, I weighed 305 pounds. 8 months ago, I weighed 230 lbs.

This is the least I have weighed since 1997-1998. This is below what my max weight was according to the standards of the time, in the Navy. I've lost 110 pounds.
