Isn’t* going to affect me, whoops

I appreciate the response, I look forward to these developments.

I’m fairly headstrong, just seeing posts I don’t agree with it’s going to really affect me in any sense, but I can surely imagine a world where a user would refrain from using bsky based on the fact that they’re entering a space where, like Twitter, a great deal of content is political in nature.

As just one random user voicing their experiences, there’s very little difference for me right now between the content I’m seeing between the two apps (their for you/most popular feeds and the like specifically). It is definitely suffering from the same symptoms Twitter is.

Update: The longer I lurk here, the more people that join, the more my feed is saturated with political content from either sides of the spectrum. Is there any way to filter all of this? I genuinely try to give things a fair go but it’s nearly every post. It was not like this many weeks ago..

..to issue chargebacks/refunds as they expect to receive an invite yet end up having to wait for someone to share an invite and get lucky enough to snag one..

I got access to the Discord server he has, people are indeed paying for invites to the server in which they are asked to share their invites there. Monitoring it for the short time that I did, the guy goes on censorship sprees deleting all comments from those who mention anything related to trying..

I’m utterly low-tech compared to some of these replies evidently.

No major worries or imminent problems. In 20 or 30 years I’ll be glad if I have no cancer scares etc. but I’d go insane if I didn’t have small issues here and there, feel like that’s necessary to keep that absent~ part of your mind busy. Strong mind > easy life or whatnot I guess.

Hopefully still standing by the time i get to visit later this Oct/Nov. Rather excited to see RX-0 for myself.
