I've been on this jiu jitsu journey for a year and a half, and I still suck. But that's ok! I'm enjoying learning so much. Every class, I retain some tiny little detail in the technique. It's like singing--you could spend more than a lifetime on mastering it. The journey is the reward. 💓💓

6 mile run today! I got up to 10+ miles this past fall, but then kind of let the running drop off. Maybe it is time to build back up.
