Absolutely! I'm on v5 of the series I'm currently working on and my glossary is over 60 pages long. If another translator took over it would take them weeks to get caught up on 'the story thusfar.'

I would probably stick with 'crunch' personally even though its really a softer, grittier sound IRL. I do not hear any screaming whatsoever though.
