My lasagna pots contain tulips, daffodils, grape hyacinths, and crocus. Our zero temps are not phasing them at all. The crocus are sprouted. The hyacinths are maintains their green. Spring is coming!

I’ve come to a better physical, mental, emotional, & spiritual health by getting back to my faith basics of attending to my own basics in these areas, by finding the music and poetry within me, by facing my retirement future with renewed anticipation and unafraid. Peace be with you.
