to expand on this thought: the part of this human-eye chromaticity diagram that is not inside any of the digital color gamut triangles cannot be depicted on a screen, and you will notice that the affected areas are mostly green

If they start drawing brood comb today, and the queen starts laying immediately, there will be some new workers in 3-4 weeks. Until then the initial swarm is all they've got, so I need to make it easy on them.

Of course that's assuming the queen is mated. If not, then the hive fails and we're SOL.
