I consult for the city of Philadelphia full time. Late last year they issued a mandatory return to work policy. They didn't have enough space, equipment or infrastructure to support it. The lost a lot of employees, but I wonder if that was the point. (I'm a consultant so the RTO didn't apply to me)

I saw not long ago someone said to be doing lots of Earth invocations (using the GRP) for resilience. Personally I've had better luck with Fire invocation lately (although sometimes that leads me to bite off a bit more than I can chew in life).

What are your thoughts on that?
