I feel the part you wrote about sickness. It's extremely hard to deal with alone, especially if you have never dealt with being sick without parental help.

I absolutely love relating theoretical science to practical applications because it helps understand them better. The comedic theme definitely makes this a more interesting and immersive read!

This serves as a very good reminder! Even though it's easier to beat yourself up for failing, it's better to persevere and overcome the cause of failure.

English literature in school did make me feel like reading was a chore. Maybe considering children's preference is also important to make it feel less like a chore?

Imagery and visualization definitely help you memorize and recall information better. I often use the same method when simulating sorts.

I really enjoy the emphasis on learning through sports and how losing can be the most important teacher. I think everyone can relate to learning through failure. Very well written!
