These pipelines would be federal jurisdiction, so no, Moe can't do that. And the way the story words it, it doesn't make this clear, and that this is a stunt and not actually a story.
This is why I keep railing about how much jurisdiction matters in Canadian politics.
Premier Moe says pipelines that would cross Saskatchewan considered 'pre-approved'
REGINA - Premier Scott Moe says Saskatchewan wants pipelines built and is encouraging other provinces and the federal government to get behind the cause.

Even Canadians sometimes forget that Canadians have only two modes: "Nice" and "Giving people reasons to update the Geneva Conventions".
At the NATO meeting a loud US republican saw my CDN flag pin on my lapel and reached for it saying, "Hey Canada."
I stopped him.
"Don't touch the Canadian flag."
"Just joking," he said.
"You'll die before you touch our flag," I said, "not joking."
He scrambled out of there.

Time to turn off the taps.
Not a single bottle of American wine, beer or bourbon should be sold anywhere in Canada.
From here on in I will only drink "freedom" wines from Canada, France or Spain.
As for the beer? It's shit anyways.

If there ever was a valid reason to prorourge Parliament it is, a delay to allow us to view, digest, & judge the Foreign Interference report without an election happening at the same time. Let us see it all. Then call a damn election if you want to & let us make an informed vote.
