I usually do flowcharts if it's something complex enough to require them. I haven't used pseudocode since my school days, honestly. I can see how it's helpful for a lot of people, but for me it's never come close to being as helpful as a flowchart if I need some planning done.

It's freaking terrifying. I've spent a lot of time learning programming and have years of experience, and landing a junior job after my current contract ends might as well be a pipe dream. Lots of industries are a complete mess it seems.
