Living in NI I think a flag tax would be a good way forward. £100 a year, you get issued a flag. Must be on a flag pole. Must be taken down with respect at dusk. Proper rules of flag ownership. This will create jobs (manufacturing and installation of flag poles) and bring in tax revenue!
