Started asparagus in early spring. It will take probably a couple of years before I have spears. The crowns have to be soaked overnight. Add 10-10-10, triple phosphate to potting soil, mound the soil, and spread the crowns over the mound. Cover with dirt and mulch.

Started these sweet potatoes from a Beauregard Sweet Potato back in January. It took almost three months to sprout. The sprout grew roots quickly, and I planted the slips in May. It's almost the end of September, and I'm working up the courage to dig them up soon.

Harvesting greens. Kohlrabi, Swiss Chard, Brussells Sprouts, beets, brocolli, and turnips. Also harvested turnips roots and cabbage, but not pictured. My apologies. The second time that I say beets is actually brocolli greens.
