Yeah it feels like they changed their minds mid production, so all the medieval politics stuff kinda falls by the wayside

It's a conflicted game because all of its best moments for me were the insane devil may cry cool shit, i really wish it didnt keep going back and attempting grounded medieval fantasy after those cause it does that tone no favours

I get why there's no minimap for both the story and sense of exploring but you need really clear level design if ur gonna have no map + this many branching paths and so far it really doesnt lmao... a map you fill in as you explore would help so much here

The environments can be SO pretty but this game desperately needs yellow paint or sparkles or something to highlight shit, i get so turned around or miss climbables constantly 😔
