Clean, hard lines; mostly flat colors (like, before highlights/shadows.. the base coloring?); cell shaded (clean, defined transitions between highlight, neutral, and shadow) with largely point/line highlights; exaggerated/heavily stylized anatomy (chibi-ish head and neck proportions)
