I recently got diagnosed with ADHD and I also have a couple other conditions, all of which would qualify me for PIP. But, with the recent changes to scoring, applications etc, is it worth putting myself through that? I have 5 days left to submit the form and I'm really overwhelmed thinking about it.

Starting a new #Pathfinder2E campaign in a few days. Season of Ghosts. Can't decide whether I want to play Catfolk Ranger, Tanuki Ranger, Anadi Witch (with Spider familiar) or some sort of Thaumaturge (idk which ancestry). Kinda tempted by Kitsune for that but likely to be others in the party.

Just got my ADHD diagnosis at 45. On one hand I'm relieved, but on the other I'm still feeling like I'm 'making it up' for attention or something. Felt the same when diag'd with depression at 14 - which looking back was likely the ADHD.

Does the feeling of 'you're putting it on' ever go away?

After 4 years of almost 100% remote working, I've gone to a job that, for the time being at least, is 5 days in-office.

This is going to hurt.

Love this! I don't do Thanksgiving but this can also be applied to Christmas, birthdays and any other family/friends gatherings.

How can I stop coming across as nervous and "not as articulate as hoped" in interviews? Just found out that was the rejection feedback from a job I'd interviewed for. When did nervousness become more important than skill? And how can an AuDHD get more articulate, esp. when nervous? RSD overdrive!

My job search is really triggering my RSD. It's only been just over a month since I started but as it's coming from redundancy it's already feeling like one big cycle of rejection. Please send photos of guinea pigs and puppies (not cats as mine recently died and I Can't Cat Right Now)

Having my #ADHD assessment soon, but I got a message from the service saying that due to some of my answers on the questionnaire, they're going to request I get an ECG too. Has anyone else had this and what kind of answers could have prompted it?

Taking this old girl to the vet to assess quality of life today. She's 21 (Kiki, not the vet) and struggling to get around and use litter box but I'm hoping there's still some QoL left in her fluffy ass.

When I'm spiralling, wanting to withdraw from the world for some reason or other, I have 'safe' books that help turn my brain off bc I've read them so often. The specific books vary based on situation; at the moment I'm re-reading the Malory towers and St Clare's series by Enid Blyton. I'm 44 😅💙📚

When you're job-hunting, how do you manage multiple 'interview tasks' at a time? I get wanting a candidate to prove they can do the job but how much is too much?
