I also will not be voting for these games on future awards ballots I am involved with. If I have to rank them, I will either leave them unranked if possible, or rank them behind all games in the same category that did not use genAI.

Even the most well intentioned and "uniformed" studios/publishers etc needs to feel a flame so hot when they touch on this that they're scarred for life, I'm sorry.

The collateral damage being a studio's *reputation* is nothing compared to the creatives whose work was stolen just to replace them.
