Wondering why I consider those items debris, they are out of focus an bit streaked, following a similar pattern as 3I/Atlas, I could be wrong. Though the overall morphology of this photo should be adequate.

For those interested, I developed a python scripted that decomposed the image from Perseverance, then created 17 individual images, subtracted the overlaps, and then stacked all of them, to my surprise it was a circle. The reason, it was out of focus.
