We found little support for caffeine’s ergogenic effects using the largest sample compared to previous studies (average N ~11, ours is 36!).
So far the only #pre-registered study on the topic with #opendata and analysis files.

Good methods should closely resemble cooking recipes—a clear and precise list of ingredients and steps to follow to achieve an outcome (repeatably). But that is seldom the case.
