The shining Tarhos Kovacs trots through the map, in search for any Survivors and comes closer to us. We are hidden behind the bushes and he's standing literally right next to us, but doesn't see us.
I hold my breathe, hoping that he'll leave and miss us.

I sat on another side trying to work on the gen as quickly and quietly as possible. Somewhere there was someone…or something stalking us and…in the moment I lost focused and blew up the gen!

I was about to explain how ended up here when we both got engulfed in darkness that came out nowhere. After a few seconds. I found myself in a familiar place.
“So it begins” I said to myself. Looking at Alan. I simply said “We’re in a trial. Be careful.” I looked around for one of those gens.

We abruptly land in the Shattered Square, landing on our bottoms and feeling very disoriented.

I hear a familiar voice around me, a deep baritone among the humming of the Fog's wildlife. I turn towards the voice and can see the faint outline of a man, realizing someone else is awake in these late hours.
"Hey, looks like you made it out of your previous Trial?"
I smile at him warmly.

Sitting deep in thought a bit further away from the now familiar fireplace, I slowly become aware that I am no longer alone. Taking a quick look around, I saw someone else sitting by the fireplace as well. Have I been THAT deep in thought??
He seemed familiar though can't recall. "Hello?" I said.
